Millennium OS
QBasic Files

Here's a list of my programs that I have made:

These programs are not in any order:

Are you in a Boy Scout troop that goes on outings and camp outs, and you always have to make a roster by scratch? Not anymore. This roster generator makes it easy to generate rosters. You just add the data, and Last Minute Roster does the rest.

Always wanted to learn HTML and build a website at the same time? Then Web Vision can help you. Web Vision also includes a web page wizard.

Millennium OS is a GUI for MS-DOS, soon to come with FreeDOS, that incorporates a mouse and VGA graphical interface into a Windows 95-style desktop. Millennium OS had a previous author, Jonathan Thorpe. I have the source code for the original Millennium OS, and I have continued working on it since the day of the "death" of Millennium OS. Keep checking for updates...

Always wanted an easy-to-use scripting language like VBScript, except with different functionality? Win Script incorporates some of the Windows API into a small interpreter for programming purposes. This is just a small program I wrote in my spare time.

This ensemble of programs, including a previous version of Last Minute Roster, can help you if you are in a Boy Scout/Venturing troop in many ways. It includes a campsite designer, an inventory generator program, and a merit badge checklist.

Do you have pictures that you want to present to people, but PowerPoint is just too much of a hassle, Photo Assembler takes pictures you enter and generates a web page for your pictures. The first page is "PAGE0.HTM". The next version will have an "INDEX" file in it.

Millennium OS

This version of Millennium OS is a cut-back version of the GUI. This version is a previous version of Millennium OS. You may download a copy of this. (NOTE: MOS95.EXE in the MOS95.ZIP file is a DOS RAR-SFX file, it will make a directory called MOS95, from there Millennium OS must be executed by GUI.BAT)

Millennium OS Beta (2.67M)

Millennium OS Beta is a new version of Millennium OS, which incorporates a small Windows Explorer-like desktop in it. M-OS is not perfect, but it has changed much. The next version is M-OS Gold.

Last Minute Roster v4.0 is the most current of my products. It is the most MAJORLY-developed Windows program that I work on. Others might be on the way. Although when you look at it, nothing is different, the CODE has been modified! A small modification has been made so that ONE person is not given both COOKING and CLEANUP on the SAME MEAL! I am just about done with v4.1. It will be on its way!

Last Minute Roster v4.1 (4.73M)

File Manager v1.0 (93.6K)

Millennium OS Platinum is one particular build of M-OS which has some interesting features in it. When M-OS would load BMP backgrounds, it would take a long time, but the code used in M-OS Platinum converts BMPs to BSVs which are then loaded very quickly as the desktop background. There is also a new icon-loading routine for M-OS! Try it out and find out!

The same basic thing as Platinum/1, but with new features and programs. To install, please unzip the file into any directory with the 88888888.333 style format for DOS environments.

This copy of M-OS has included Kernel source code! You can learn from César and I, how we program Millennium OS, and how M-OS works with QuickBasic. IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE CODE, PLEASE SEND ME AN E-MAIL, AND WE'LL GRANT YOU APPROVAL OR VICE VERSA.

Platinum/3 is NOT FULLY TESTED, but we have set up an error reporting system for it at: http://error.mos-online.us.tt/ . Feel free to use it whenever there are problems.

Millennium OS 2005 is one of our fastest versions of M-OS. This version is also pretty stable, but if any errors are found, you may use Bug Communicator (BC.EXE) or use our Error Reporting System.

I know how some of you are seeking a nice, small GUI with scripting features and a stable foundation, M-OS XT 5.0 is commented as one of the best GUIs for QBasic, all it needs is a file manager.

Wanted to write your own programs with a good GUI library, QB Object (Rebuild) is here. (QB Object - (C) 2002 AMP Software).

Wanted simplified program design? Visual Z++ 3.0 is the way to begin your pre-programming steps.
